摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing graphene, comprising: (i) an electron beam irradiation process for primarily exfoliating graphite by irradiating the graphite with an electron beam; (ii) a sulfuric acid soaking process for manufacturing graphene by secondarily exfoliating the graphite in the process of secondarily soaking the graphite, which has been primarily exfoliated in the electron beam irradiation process, in sulfuric acid; (iii) a washing and filtering process for filtering the graphene after washing the graphene manufactured in the sulfuric acid soaking process; and (iv) a dispersion process for treating the graphene with supersonic waves after soaking the graphene, which has passed through the washing and filtering process, in a surface active agent. The present invention can manufacture highly exfoliated graphene effectively because the present invention manufactures graphene by primarily exfoliating graphite in the process of irradiating the graphite with an electron beam and secondarily exfoliating the graphite in the process of soaking the primarily exfoliated graphite in sulfuric acid. In addition, the present invention is eco-friendly by minimizing the use of chemicals and can minimize damage to graphene that is generated in a graphene-manufacturing process.
