Provided in the present invention is a separator for a chip in a grinding lubricant preventing a metallic chip jamming by forcibly penetrating the metallic chip entered into a rubber pressing roll and a rotating drum. The present invention to implement the separator of the chip in the grinding lubricant comprises: a case; a rotating drum inserted in a shaft combined in both side plates of the case, formed by connecting a driving source installed in the upper part through a power transfer means and rotating the rotating drum with the power from the driving source; a rubber pressing roll installed and fixed inside the rotating drum, inserted to the fixed magnet absorbing the metallic chip included in the grinding lubricant into an external diameter of the rotating drum and connected to a shaft combined in the side of the case by contacting the external diameter of the rotating drum, elastically compressing the metallic chip transported on the rotating drum. The technical objective of present invention is to penetrate a metallic chip of a big volume entered in between the rubber pressing roll and the rotating drum by forcibly rotating after receiving the power from the driving source through the power transfer means transporting the power from the driving source to the rotation drum. |
