PURPOSE:To enable adhesion sufficiently resistant to heating during exhaustion to be achieved through heat treatment of low temperatures by sticking a panel and a funnel together by means of a PbO-B2O3-ZnO-system crystalline soldering glass after an alkali metal compound is applied to the adhesion surfaces. CONSTITUTION:After an alkali metal compound is applied to the adhesion surfaces of a panel and a funnel, the panel and the funnel are stuck together by means of a PbO-B2O3-ZnO-system crystalline soldering glass. As the above alkali metal compound, any compound containing an alkali metal will do and an Li, Na or K compound is desirable due to its relatively low cost and relatively easy availability. The above PbO-B2O3-ZnO-system crystalline soldering glass is composed of 70-95wt% base glass and 5-30wt% a minimally expansive filler. It is desirable that the above glass contain 77-86wt% of PbO, 7-12% of B2O3 and 3-12% of ZnO. By the means mentioned above, heat-resistant adhesion can be achieved at temperatures not less than 20 deg.C lower than the conventional temperature. |
