Disclosed is a system for analyzing a stent-implanted blood vessel. The system for analyzing a stent-implanted blood vessel includes an image providing unit to provide a plurality of single layer images by shooting the inside of the stent-implanted blood vessel; a strut position calculator to calculate a position coordinate of a stent strut on the single layer images; a blood vessel boundary information calculator to calculate boundary information of the internal wall of the blood vessel on the single layer images; and a blood vessel-strut distance calculator to calculate a distance between the strut and the internal wall of the blood vessel using the position coordinate of the strut and the boundary information of the internal wall of the blood vessel. |
