The present invention relates to an anaerobic microbial fermentation which fuses four processes including emission of fermented producer gas, shut off of external air, maintaining optimum temperature for fermentation, stirring, and the likes which are optimum requirements for anaerobic microbial fermentation. Current microbial fermentation device has four independent processes, thereby external air is entered in each process; fermentation of aerobic microbial cannot be completely blocked; individual temperature control for each container is impossible, and perfect agitation which turns upside down is impossible, therefore, high purity uniform ferment can not be obtained. To solve the problems, an exclusive silicon valve, which emits fermented gas and blocks external air, and a vertical opening valve, which emits gas when vertically stopped but blocks emission of contents by automatically blocking an outlet when turns the container upside down and stirring, are invented and attached to an exclusive container on which heat rays are coated. Therefore, ordinary people can manufacture high purity anaerobic microbial ferment and foods at low cost at home and apply to necessities of life, environmental protection, and health promotion. |
