PURPOSE: A swash plate type compressor is provided to prevent noise and the shaking of an opening and closing core by placing a compressor on the bottom surface of an opening and closing cover on the top end of a case or on the bottom surface of the bottom end of the case. CONSTITUTION: A swash plate type compressor (1) comprises a housing (10), a rotary shaft (20), a swash plate (30), and a piston (40). The housing is composed of a cylinder block (11), a front head (13), and a rear head (15). The cylinder block is arranged between the front and rear heads. The front head is arranged on the front of the cylinder block. The rear head is arranged on the rear of the cylinder block. The rotary shaft penetrates through one side of the housing and is rotated by a driving force transferred from one end of the housing. The swash plate is installed on the rotary shaft and is rotated with the rotary shaft. The piston is joined to the edge of the swash plate and is movable. |
