A walking assistance device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a foot part put on the foot of a wearer; a tibia supporting part having one side connected with the foot part and arranged to be corresponding to the tibial part of the wearer to be linked to the tibial part; a femur supporting part connected with the other side of the tibia supporting part to be rotated, and arranged to correspond to the femoral part of the wearer to be linked to the femoral part; and an energy storage unit installed on the femur supporting part, and storing energy by the rotation of the femur supporting part when the femoral part retreats.
