The present invention is to provide a rotary kiln having excellent combustion function to effectively perform combustion of waste fuel which is input therein. According to the present invention, a structure of the waste incineration and melting apparatus is greatly simplified when applying a rotary kiln burner to the waste incineration and melting apparatus. Therefore, the present invention can provide the advantages of maintaining the waste incineration and melting apparatus, greatly reduce the investment costs to install the waste incineration and melting apparatus, and also reduce fuel due to high combustion efficiency by delaying the amount of air present. |
