PURPOSE: A representative ecological fish species inhabitation condition determination system and an inhabitation condition determination method are provided to control a flow rate by comparing a measured value about a parameter of a target river and resetting a reservoir. CONSTITUTION: A data storage unit includes an ecological inhabitation condition data, physical inhabitation condition data, physics and chemistry inhabitation condition data, representative ecological fish species data and geographical condition data. An ecological restoration reservoir determination unit determines a reservoir flowing into a target river by setting a weighting factor to a parameter with respect to each reservoir based on the data stored in the data storage unit. A measurement unit measures each parameter for the target region and reservoir. A central control unit controls a flow rate flowing from the reservoir. |
