The present invention relates to a wind and sound proofing device for windows and doors, wherein the device includes a fixing part (10) mounted on the bottom of a frame (3) located between a space (2) between windows (1) and having surfaces (11) tapered downward from both side surfaces thereof; a detachable part (20) having a fastening portion (22) having inclined fastening faces (21) with the inclined angles corresponding to the tapered surfaces (11) of the fixing part (10) formed on both sides of the lower portion thereof in a longitudinal direction, and a support portion (24) protruding from the center of the upper portion of the fastening portion (22) and having sliding fitting grooves (23) formed on both sides of the upper portion thereof in a longitudinal direction; and blocking parts (30) fixedly coupled to the sliding fitting grooves (23) of the detachable part (20) to block the space between the windows and to prevent external wind and noise from being introduced through the windows. According to the present invention, after the fixing part is fixed to the bottom of the frame of the window, the detachable part is press fitted to the fixing part, so that the fixing part and the detachable part are coupled to each other in easy and simple manners, thus improving the installation workability and assembly in a relatively small space. External wind and noise are also prevented from being introduced through the windows by means of the formation of the blocking part capable of blocking the space between the windows. |
