A trolley is disclosed. The trolley according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body supporting a wheel which rolls in contact with a rail and has a hanging part to hang an object; a brake device which is installed in the body and puts or releases pressure on or from the rail; a driving force transfer unit which is installed in the body and converts the rotation of an operating handle into a force for the brake device; and a connection unit which is detachably connected to the operating handle and is connected to a gear shaft of the driving force transfer unit by a universal joint.
