Disclosed is a safety valve using a wire elastic body and a hinge. The safety valve using the wire elastic body and hinge is characterized by including housing having the opened top and bottom and a first supporting body on one side of the outer circumference; an opening-closing plate covering the top of the housing and having a second supporting body, corresponding the first supporting body, on the top; the hinge installed on the housing and one side of the opening-closing plate, connecting the housing and opening-closing plate each other, and functioning as a rotary shaft to make one side of the opening-closing plate to be opened when the opening-closing plate is open; and the wire elastic body made of a material having a predetermined elastic force, making one side of the opening-closing plate to be opened by being transformed when the inner pressure of the housing is higher than its own elastic force while both ends are joined to the first and second supporting bodies respectively, and making one side of the open opening-closing plate to be closed by being restored when the inner pressure of the housing is lower than its own elastic force. |
