Discloses is a method for preparing an interior material for a vehicle. The method for preparing an interior material for a vehicle, according to the present invention, comprises: a film layer forming step of forming a film layer which is made of thermoplastic resins; a laminating step of adhering a flexible textile to the top of the film layer; a first preliminary molded form forming step of laminating a polyurethane layer on the top of the flexible textile to form a first preliminary molded form; and a first vacuum forming step of mounting the first preliminary molded form on the top of a mold for vacuum forming. The method for preparing an interior material for a vehicle, according to another embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a film layer forming step of forming a film layer which is made of thermoplastic resins; a second preliminary molded form forming step of adhering a flexible textile to the top of the film layer to form a second preliminary molded form; a second vacuum forming step of mounting the first preliminary molded form on the top of a mold for vacuum forming; and a coating step of coating the top of the flexible textile with polyurethane. According to the present invention, a highly flexible textile formed of a spandex material is adhered to the top of the film layer, and a polyurethane layer is formed on the film layer; thus, the spandex textile and polyurethane layer are mutually combined to increase flexibility, an interior material with excellent texture can be prepared, and vacuum forming can facilitate rapid preparation. |
