Disclosed in the present invention are a smart weighing scale and a smart weight management system. The smart weighting scale includes: a case; a load cell which is placed inside the case, and measures and outputs the weight of a user when the user stands on the case; an A/D converter which outputs weight information by converting the measured weight value inputted from the load cell into a digital signal; a control unit which stores the weight information when the weight information inputted from the A/D converter is inputted, and controls an audio message to be outputted; a storage unit which stores a smart weight system operation program, an audio message, and weight information, and stores the weight information by the control mechanism from the control unit; an amplifying unit which amplifies and outputs the audio message by the control mechanism from the control unit; a speaker which outputs the audio message amplified by the amplifying unit; and an output unit which outputs the measured weight information on a screen by the control mechanism from the control unit. |
