The present invention relates to an LED lighting device using a functional optical film. The LED lighting device using a functional optical film comprises: a heat sink formed of an aluminum material; an LED module to which a band shaped-printed circuit board, in which including a plurality of LEDs are arranged in a row at uniform intervals on a surface of the heat sink, is closely fixed thereto and ; and an optical film disposed on a surface side of the heat sink so as to refract light emitted respectively from the plurality of LEDs formed in the LED module. The optical film is formed of a lenticular diffusion film which is spaced apart from the LED module and from which hemispherical protrusions each having a semicircular cross section continuously protrude to refract and diffuse light of point light sources emitted respectively from the plurality of LEDs and emit light of a line light source. The lenticular diffusion film is configured such that a longitudinal direction of the hemispherical protrusions matches with an installation direction of the plurality of LEDs arranged on the printed circuit board in a line. |
