The present invention relates to a packed meat chilled line system comprising: a sterilizing chamber which has an inlet and an outlet which are paths for packed meat and in which heated water is stored at the inner bottom so that the packed meat is sterilized; a cooling chamber which is installed at the side of the exit in the sterilizing chamber and has an inlet and an outlet and in which cooled water is stored at the inner bottom so that the packed meat is cooled; a sterilization treatment operating unit; and a cooling treatment operating unit. The sterilization treatment operating unit includes: a first cylinder equipped in the sterilizing chamber in order to be able to move up and down; a first cart which is coupled with the bottom of the first cylinder and accommodates the packed meat fed through the inlet of the sterilizing chamber in order to be dipped in the heated water when the first cylinder is made to descend; and a first guide stopper which is equipped in the sterilizing chamber, guides the up and down movement of the first cart, and rotates the first cart in order to be downwardly tilted towards the outlet when the first cylinder is made to ascend so that the packed meat is slid to the outlet of the sterilizing chamber. The cooling treatment operating unit includes: a second cylinder equipped in the cooling chamber in order to be able to move up and down; a second cart which is coupled with the bottom of the second cylinder and accommodates the packed meat fed through the inlet of the cooling chamber in order to be dipped in the cooled water when the first cylinder is made to descend; and a second guide stopper which is equipped in the cooling chamber, guides the up and down movement of the first cart, and rotates the second cart in order to be downwardly tilted towards the outlet when the second cylinder is made to ascend so that the packed meat is slid to the outlet of the cooling chamber. |
