The present invention relates to a brake lever adjustment apparatus of a bicycle, including a rotation instrument installed to move vertically. In accordance with the vertical movement of the rotation instrument, a brake fixating bar is axially rotated to adjust the tension of a brake line winded to the brake fixating bar, thus capable of adjusting the interval between a handle and a lever.
