PURPOSE: An apparatus for regulating the internal pressure of a continuous dehydrating extruder and an operating method thereof are provided to prevent vaporization in a barrel during a dehydrating process by controlling the internal pressure of the barrel. CONSTITUTION: A continuous dehydrating extruder comprises a barrel(2) having an inlet(8) and an outlet(10) for drawing in and out a work piece, a screw(4) which is installed in the barrel to press the work piece toward the outlet and remove moisture from the work piece, a die(6) which is assembled to the outlet to discharge the work piece to outside, and a pressure regulating unit which is formed in the die and regulates the internal pressure of the barrel. |
