The device has propellers driven in rotation at variable speed by using pressurized water in order to hydrate a space in continuous mode, where the device functions like an electric or thermal high pressure cleaner for supplying pressurized water jets through a flexible pipe. The pressurized water jets are used to rotate Pelton turbines coupled with the propellers, where the water jets are directed electrically toward augers of the turbines or outward.
