PURPOSE: A moving type stock management system using a wireless recognition technology capable of individual identification and a method thereof are provided to install a hand type antenna for recognizing a product which includes a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag to be freely moved within a constant range, thereby easily obtaining the information for the product without considering the product arrangement place. CONSTITUTION: A patch antenna (120) of a moving type stock management system (100) receives a reflected signal from the barcode which is attached to a product or is printed on the product. A barcode scanner (130) reads the information which is recorded on the barcode. A hand type antenna (140) is installed in a predetermined part of a main body unit to be freely moved within a constant range. The hand type antenna receives high frequency signals from an RFID tag which is attached to the product. An RFID reader (150) reads the information which is recorded in the RFID tag by using the high frequency signals. An integrated information management unit (170) transmits and receives the information to an integrated history information management system (200) and a legacy system (300). The integrated information management unit receives and manages the information which is transmitted from a wireless recognition technology information management unit (160).
