PURPOSE: A film hard coating device and a method thereof are provided to simultaneously coat both sides of a film by transferring the film vertically stood and applying a hard coating liquid to both sides of the film. CONSTITUTION: An infrared light irradiation unit(150) includes an infrared lamp vertically installed on both inner sides of a third chamber. The infrared light irradiation unit irradiates an infrared light to a film vertically transferring the inside of the third chamber. An ultraviolet irradiation unit(160) includes an ultraviolet lamp vertically installed on both inner sides of a forth chamber. The ultraviolet irradiation unit hardens a film vertically transferring the forth chamber by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the film. A transfer unit(190) picks up an upper part of the film. The transfer unit vertically transfers the film from a first chamber to the forth chamber. |
