The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a trap for preventing flame from bursting and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing a trap for preventing flame from bursting of a relief valve preventing the flame generated by the explosion in an internal combustion engine used in a ship, a vehicle, and other plant, and the like from bursting to the outside. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing a trap for preventing flame from bursting includes: a winding roll on which a metal band type plate body is wound; a supplying means including a stand supporting the winding roll to be rotated; a forming means including a forming roller forming a trap to have the particular shape by pressing the surface of the band type plate body supplied from the supplying means; a bending means receiving the trap formed in the forming means and then bending the trap to have particular curvature; and a laminated roll laminating the trap to have a circular spiral shape by rotation by receiving the trap bent by the bending means. The apparatus for manufacturing a trap for preventing flame from bursting further includes: a side pressuring roller performing layer to layer registration of the trap by being vertically arranged on side surface of the laminated roll and pressuring the outer side surface of the trap laminated in the laminated roll; and an upper pressure roller accurately interlocking and laminating the trap newly supplied with the trap laminated in the lower layer by being bent by the bending means and pressuring the upper surface of the trap supplied to the laminated roll. |
