PURPOSE: A seed chuck unit and a seed processing method using the same are provided to reduce time of combining and separating a seed by inputting and outputting the seed through an insertion groove. CONSTITUTION: A seed chuck unit includes a seed chuck body(310), an insertion groove(321), a rotation space, and a support wall. The insertion groove is vertically extended in the seed chuck body and corresponds to a head of the seed. The insertion groove is larger than the head of the seed. The rotation space is located on the upper side of the insertion groove to be connected to the insertion groove in the seed chuck body. The rotation space is larger than the insertion groove and the head. A support wall is located on the lower side of the rotation space.
