<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody capable of specifically detecting human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) protein, in particular, a monoclonal antibody capable of specifically detecting endogenous hTERT protein in a detection method such as a Western blot method, a cell immune dyeing method, an ELISA method, an immunoprecipitation method, a chromatin immunoprecipitation method and an RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation method.SOLUTION: A monoclonal antibody binds to a polypeptide composed of a specific amino acid sequence. A production method of the monoclonal antibody to hTERT comprises a step of immunizing using the polypeptide.</p> |
