<p>An artificial dielectric material comprising a plurality of blocks of dielectric material, each block have at least one conductive fiber or wire embedded within. A method of making the material is disclosed where a plurality of strands or wires are embedded in dielectric layer which is then chopped in blocks. These blocks then fall randomly into a container in any order or pattern and are glued into a solid layer.</p> |
