PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous non-emulsion pharmaceutical preparation for injection including a pyrazolone derivative activator, for example edaravone, and an amphiphatic solubilizing agent in treatment of a cerebrovascular disorder, and usage of the same.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation includes: a phospholipid as a solubilizing agent selected from a group consisting of egg yolk lecithin, soybean lecithin, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, sphingomyelin, and phosphatidylcholine; a nonionic surfactant as a solubilizing agent selected from a group consisting of polyethyleneglycol, polyoxyalkylene copolymer, and sorbitan fatty acid ester; an enhancer for the solubilizing agent; and stabilizers such as glycerol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, D-glucose, maltose, sorbitol, mannitol, sucrose, and trehalose. |
