The board has sliding board main portion and a covering layer. A top surface of the board comprises a pattern with several rivets which are attached to and penetrating the cover layer. The covering layer is made of thermoplastic material such as polyamide preferably from PA-12 and PA-11, and layer of a sealing compound based on epoxy resin and polyurethane resin. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing sliding board.
