PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the operation of incoming rejection at an extension terminal equipment at an office or the like and to attain the absence notice to a caller by applying the incoming rejection of an extensioin group at each time zone. CONSTITUTION:An area storing incoming rejection group informatioin at each extension terminal and storing incoming rejection tine zone information at an interval of '10' minutes from '0' hour to 24 hour at each incoming rejection group is provided and the information is registered in advance. After the number of a called extension termi nal is dialed from a trunk line, an extension or trunk line attendant board, the conven tional incoming rejection check is applied. In case of the incoming rejection, the incom ing restoration tone connection is applied and when not in incoming rejection, present time information, incoming rejection group information of a called extension terminal equipment, read time information and incoming rejection time zone information corre sponding to the incoming rejection group in the called extension terminal equipment are read, and whether or not the incoming rejection is applied is checked by the incom ing rejection group of the called extension terminal equipment. As a result, when in incoming rejection, the incoming restriction tone connection is applied and when not in incoming rejection, the called extension terminal equipment is called.
