<p>The invention relates to a device (100) for regulating the pouring rate of a liquid. According to the invention, the device (100) can be connected to a wall (0) of an item of packaging (E) intended to contain liquid (L), in order to regulate the rate at which the liquid is emptied so as to avoid splashing. The device comprises: a neck (200) which is secured at one end to a base (220) that is intended to be fixed to a wall (0) of the packaging (E), a flow passage (p) that extends through neck, and a ventilation cannula (400) which is intended to form a vent for balancing the pressure between the inside and the outside of the packaging while it is being emptied, said cannula being provided with an internal outlet (422) through which air can enter the packaging. The cannula (400) can move between a storage position, in which it remains inside the neck (200) without projecting through the base (220), and a service position, in which its internal outlet (422) projects through the base and is positioned outside the outlet of the flow passage (P) extending through the base.</p> |
