A scooter handlebar locking structure comprises an upper and a lower sleeve pipe (1, 2). An upper portion of the upper sleeve pipe (1) is connected to a handlebar (3), and a lower portion of the upper sleeve pipe (1) is fitted with the lower sleeve pipe (2); a locking bolt rubber sleeve (4) is provided at an upper end of the lower sleeve pipe (2); the upper sleeve pipe (1) extends into the locking bolt rubber sleeve (4); a locking nut rubber sleeve (5) correspondingly connected with the locking bolt rubber sleeve (4) is fitted on the upper sleeve pipe (1); and a conical surface (6) is provided at an upper end of the locking bolt rubber sleeve (4), and can contract inwards when being squeezed by the locking nut rubber sleeve (5). According to the structure, the locking bolt rubber sleeve (4) and the locking nut rubber sleeve (5) are connected, and the conical surface of the locking bolt rubber sleeve (4) can contract inwards and press against the upper sleeve pipe (1) when the conical surface is squeezed by the locking nut rubber sleeve (5); therefore, gaps between the upper and the lower sleeve pipe (1, 2) are eliminated, the length of the handlebar (3) is firmly fixed, and it is ensured that the scooter is safe to use. |
