<p>The invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for stamping or punching pieces of dough (1). The invention provides that the piece of dough (1) is positioned in a pressure-exerting cup (2) then, for a predetermined period of time, compressed air is fed into the pressure-exerting cup (2), and the piece of dough (1) is subjected to the action of compressed air, such that the piece of dough (1) is centred in a central position of the pressure-exerting cup (2), and that the piece of dough (1) is then stamped or punched in this position.</p> |
