According to an embodiment of the present invention, a trimming device for vent-rubber of a tire includes: a rotation unit which accommodates a tire and rotates the tire; and a trimming unit which removes vent-rubber from the tire rotating by the rotation unit. The rotation unit is placed on one side or the other side of the tire, moves towards the tire, is closely placed to the tire, immobilizes the tire, and injects air to maintain the original shape of the tire, and generates rotary force to rotate the tire. The rotation unit has the same rotation axis with the tire. According to the present invention, as a rim connected to a spindle immobilizes a tire and the spindle and the tire have the same rotation axis, the spindle directly rotates the tire to maintain the circular shape of a time without eccentricity so a vent-rubber can be precisely removed, thereby improving the quality of a product. Also, since the rim is closely placed to one side and the other side of the tire to immobilize the tire and at the same time rotates together with the tire, the rim can be separated from the tire by the centrifugal force generated during the rotation so that the tire can be firmly immobilized and the device can be used for tires having different cross-sectional heights.
