PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition which can form a cured film excellent in weatherability and wear resistance and is excellent in storage stability when it is brought into a coating material having a high solid content; and to provide a molded article having a cured film of the composition. SOLUTION: In the active energy ray-curable resin composition containing radical polymerizable compounds, a urethane (meth)acrylate compound (A), synthesized from a polycarbonate polyol compound having a branched alkyl structure and an number-average molecular weight in a range of 500-1,000, a diisocyanate compound having an alicyclic structure and a mono(meth)acrylate compound containing a hydroxyl group, is contained in an amount of 5-50 parts by mass in 100 parts by mass of the radical polymerizable compounds.
