The diagnostic sensor unit (1) comprises at least one pressure sensor (3) which detects the pressure exerted locally onto the pressure sensor (3) by a body tissue which is to be examined. The evaluation unit is configured to derive at least one physiological parameter from the measurement signal of the pressure sensor (3).
