<p>The invention relates to a thermal insulation block with application in the civil engineering industry and to a process for manufacturing the block. The claimed block comprises an external frame (2) of polyurethane foam having inside a thermal insulation body (3) consisting of two foils (4) of plastic material, parallel to each other, having in their turn to the inner side an adjacent network of cross foils (5) of plastic materials located at a distance sufficiently small from one another to impede the convection phenomenon. The claimed process consists in that a body (3) of thermal insulation foils is adhered inside a polyurethane frame (2) thereto, the body consisting of two foils (4) of plastic mass, parallel to each other, having in their turn an adjacent network of cross foils (5) of plastic material having inside air at the atmospheric pressure.</p> |
