The rail (12) has a recess (13) limited by a front wall (15) and a rear wall (16) to receive an incisor of a patient and to engage the received incisor at a contact surface (17) i.e. planar surface, which is extended in a region of the recess along entire length of the recess. Width of the contact surface is extended in a direction perpendicular to a profile of the recess in a longitudinal center of the recess. Thicknesses of the front and rear walls increase from respective idle edges of the front and rear walls in a direction of the contact surface.
