<p>An exercise device comprising a fixed frame (1) with a left-hand side-bar (13), right-hand side-bar (14) and a front handle (15), whereas in the fixed frame (1) there are placed two parallel rails (2), which wheel-carriage surface is shaped into a continuous concave arch and on the wheel-carriage surface of the rails (2) there are placed two stepping trolleys (4, 7). Each stepping trolley (4,7) comprises two wheel carriages (41, 71) unitable with the stepping plate (42, 72) in a demountable way, whereas each stepping plate (42, 72) is unitable with two wheel carriages (41, 71) placed on one rail (2) and is parallel to the direction of the rail (2, 6), or with two wheel carriages (41, 71), each of which is placed on a different rail (2, 6) and is perpendicular to the direction of the rail (2, 6).</p> |
