1. A compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; wherein, R1 is hydrogen, halogen or C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted by halogen; R2 is halogen, C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted by halogen, cyano, or C1-C6 alkoxy optionally substituted by halogen; or R1 and R2 together with the C-atoms to which they are attached form an aryl ring with 6-10 carbon atoms, which may optionally be substituted by 1-4 substituents selected from cyano, C1-C4-alkyl optionally substituted by halogen, C1-C4-alkoxy optionally substituted by halogen, and halogen; R3 is hydrogen, halogen or C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted by halogen; R4 is hydrogen, C3-C6 cycloalkyl or C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted by halogen; R5 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; R6 and R7 are independently selected from H and C1-C6 alkyl or they may form together with the carbon atom to which they are attached a 3-7 membered saturated carbocyclic ring; R8 and R9 are independently selected from H and C1-C6 alkyl, or R8 and R9 may form together with the atoms to which they are attached a 4-7 membered heterocyclic ring, optionally substituted one or more times by C1-C6-alkyl optionally substituted by halogen, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, or amino; n=1, 2, 3 or 4; R10 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, amino, hydroxy or C1-C6 alkoxy; R is selected from H; phenyl being optionally substituted by C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, halogen or hydroxy; and C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted by C1-C6 alkoxy, halogen, hydroxy, or phenyl optionally substituted by C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, halogen or hydroxy, X1, X2, X3 and X4, are each independently selected from N or CR11, R11 in each case being independently selected from H, halo, cyano, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted by halo, or —SO2—C1-C6 alkyl; and Y stands in each occurrence independently for CR12R13 wherein R12 and R13 are independently selected from H and C1-C6 alkyl. |
