1. A method for monitoring development parameters of a LEP printer, the method comprising:
defining an operational window for a current utilized by an element of the printer; monitoring the current to determine a deviation of the current outside the operational window; in response to determining that the deviation of the current outside the operational window by less than a predetermined threshold, automatically adding charge director to the printer on-the-fly; and in response to determining that the deviation of the current is outside the operational window by greater than the predetermined threshold, notifying a user to manually perform offline calibration. |
