The present invention relates to an automatic frame for a cowshed for holding a neck of a cow having improved structures of a fixing means for fixing a pivot bar and of the pivot bar to enhance the function of the product and reliability. In particular, the fixing means of the automatic frame for a cowshed for holding a neck of a cow includes a control bar, a snagging pin, an installation bar, an assembling bracket, a left snagging pin, and a right snagging pin. The prior snagging plate moving through a control bar has removed from the automatic frame for a cowshed for holding a neck of a cow; and thus noise generated when the pivot bar moves is minimized.
