The present invention relates to an image acquisition method in conjunction with digital contents and a system thereof. The image acquisition method in conjunction with digital contents according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a user terminal device; an image application; a management server; a device application; and a CCTV. The system enables the image recorded by an image recording apparatus or the CCTV to be delivered to a user via a computing device including a smart device.
