PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply device that implements improved output accuracy.SOLUTION: A ripple generation circuit 20 includes: a correction voltage generation section 210 for generating Vduty depending on Don of HG; an addition section 220 for pulling up Ref in accordance with Vduty; an integral voltage generation section 310 for generating Vins depending on Don×Doff; a subtraction section 320 for pulling down Ref in accordance with Vins; and a ripple injection section 230 for injecting a ripple component into (Ref+Vduty-Vins). The correction voltage generation section 210 and the addition section 220 have individual circuit constants set such that a variation component of a ripple average depending on Don and a variation component of an output voltage Vout due to a circuit delay are both canceled, and the integral voltage generation section 310 and the subtraction section 320 have individual circuit constants set such that a variation component of a ripple amplitude depending on Don×Doff is canceled. |
