PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a place of occurrence for a failure.SOLUTION: An OMP10 includes an access path specification part 13, a failure suspicion table 18, a suspicion package determination part 15 and a display control part 16. The access path specification part 13 specifies a path including a package where a failure occurred among the paths including a plurality of packages when the failure occurs in the package which is an exchange unit. The suspicion package determination part 15 compares the package specified by information stored to the failure suspicion table 18 for storing information specifying the package suspected of the failure occurrence among the plurality of packages with the package on the path specified by the access path specification part 13, and determines the package where the failure occurred which matches as a result of the comparison. The display control part 16 notifies an exchange priority for the package determined to be where the failure occurred by the suspicion package determination means 15 to be higher than the exchange priority of other packages. |
