PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door outside handle for a vehicle that can suppress the generation of unpleasant hit sound by reducing the return speed of a handle member with a simpler structure by suppressing increases in mass and size.SOLUTION: A door outside handle for a vehicle includes a base member 20 and a handle member 10 energized by an energizing member. The handle member 10 includes a handle body part 11, a rotary support part provided at one lengthwise directional end of the handle body part, and an arm part 13 provided at the other lengthwise directional end of the handle body part. The base member 20 includes guide parts 24 and 25 which guide a movement of the arm part 13 by rotation of the handle member 10. The arm part 13 or the guide members 24 and 25 are provided with tapered parts 24T so that slide resistance gradually increases as the handle member 10 returns from a position where the handle member 10 is rotated by the energizing member in the opposite direction from an energizing direction to a position where the handle member is rotated most in the energizing direction. |
