PURPOSE: A novel oxazolidinone derivative is provided to ensure broad antibacterial spectrum and low toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A novel oxazolidinone derivative is denoted by chemical formulas 1-7. A medicinal composition for antibiotics contains pharmacologically effective amount of the derivatives, prodrug thereof, hydrate thereof, solvate thereof, isomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluents, exipient, or a combination thereof.
