PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim member and a tonneau cover device in which engaging condition of a cover engagement part mounted at a tonneau cover can be maintained even in a case that an external force toward the upper side in a vehicular vertical direction acts against the tonneau cover.SOLUTION: An engagement pin 22 mounted at a tonneau cover 10 is formed so as to become thicker gradually as proceeding from a front part of a vehicular longitudinal direction to a rear part of the vehicular longitudinal direction, and, at a standard position A of a rail part 36, a wedge-type engage part 40 which meets the shape of the engagement pin 22 is mounted along the vehicular longitudinal direction. Under the condition that the engagement pin 22 is engaged as wedge-like with the wedge-type engage part 40 with facing toward the forth side of the vehicular longitudinal direction, the engagement pin 22 is limited on movement toward the forth side of the vehicular longitudinal direction and on movement along the vehicular vertical direction. Therefore, engaging condition of the engagement pin 22 mounted at the tonneau cover 10 can be maintained even in a case that an external force toward the upper side in the vehicular vertical direction acts against the tonneau cover 10. |
