PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary wheel which corrects inclination of a cycle and allows the cycle to run with a straight posture.SOLUTION: An axle of a wheel of an auxiliary wheel is an eccentric wheel 1 which is outside a center. Because a length of a diameter from the axle to an outer periphery of the eccentric wheel varies, so a shortest radius 5 and a longest radius 6 are generated. When a cycle is inclined, at first the shortest radius 5 side comes into contact with the ground surface and the axle of the auxiliary wheel is pushed upward in a process that the longest radius 6 side moves downward by a half turn, so as to correct inclination of the cycle. The auxiliary wheel needs to be configured so that the shortest radius side comes into contact with the ground at first when the cycle is inclined, and as a method therefor, sure resting means which do not receive influence of inertia force is required. On a central portion of the wheel, an eccentric cam 7 is provided, and a pressing roller 8 is pressed against the cam 7 so as to generate rotation force toward a direction in which the shortest radius side is positioned at lower side. In a process that the longest radius side rotates by a half turn from a lower side and the shortest radius side moves to the lower side, the auxiliary wheel separates from the ground surface if weight is not applied to one side. |
