<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch that keeps a body of a FET from floating at an indeterminate voltage.SOLUTION: In a switching device including at least one field effect transistor (FET) 104, a resistive divider 132 comprises a first resistor 136 and a second resistor 140 coupled to the FET 104 at a position electrically between a gate terminal 120 and a body terminal 124 of the FET 104. The FET 104 may be an n type MOSFET or may be a p type MOSFET. The first resistor 136 may comprise a first connection coupled to a ground 144, and a second connection coupled to the body terminal 124. The second resistor 140 may comprise a first connection coupled to the body terminal 124, and a second connection coupled to the gate terminal 120.</p> |
