PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a centrifugal separator for a microplate capable of shortening the acceleration-deceleration time by size-weight reduction, and capable of eliminating the difference between a sample temperature and a centrifugal machine preset temperature.SOLUTION: A rotor of the centrifugal separator is provided for centrifugally separating a sample injected into a microtube aggregate. The rotor of the centrifugal separator comprises a bottom part fixed to a rotary shaft of the rotor and a rotor sidewall of extending upward from this bottom part, and in the rotor of the centrifugal separator, an inner peripheral part of the rotor sidewall is formed with a microplate holding part composed of an aggregate of a plurality of through-holes capable of inserting tubes of the microtube aggregate, and the microplate holding part is formed in a dug recess having a flat bottom part formed in an inner peripheral part of the rotor sidewall. |
