<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save effort for performing subset print setting individually for data of plural prints whose subset constitution and combination are similar.SOLUTION: A print server comprises: template holding means; sectioning means; and association means. The template holding means holds a subset template collecting plural templates setting printing forms applied to one page or more, and uses templates for the beginning and the end of the subset template as sectioning templates and templates other than the sectioning templates as general templates. The sectioning means analyzes a repetition structure of a print job by collating a feature of data included in the print job with the sectioning plates. The association means collates a feature of residual data other than data corresponding to the sectioning templates from among the data included in the print job with the general templates and associates the residual data with the general templates.</p> |
